Frequently Asked Questions

How do I scan my pantry?
Tap the camera icon in the "Kitchen" tab of the app, and snap a clear photo of your open fridge or pantry shelves. The Sous Chef will identify ingredients and sync them to your inventory.

Can I modify a generated meal plan?
Yes, simply tap on any meal card to regenerate it using different ingredients, or type conversational feedback like "swap with something quick." Note that plans can only be modified until they are committed—once a meal plan is committed, it cannot be altered.

How do subscriptions and billing work?
All billing for iOS users is handled via Apple StoreKit. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time using your Apple ID settings. For billing disputes, please contact Apple Support.

How do I cancel my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data within the app by going to Settings -> Delete Account.
